By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken in which you may appear by the organizer, venue owner, partners, sponsors, and accredited media representatives. These materials may be used by us, our partners, sponsors, Aldar Properties PJSC, and authorized third parties for promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, broadcast, and publicity purposes worldwide and in perpetuity, without any compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform our staff at the Event and make reasonable efforts to avoid designated filming areas.
