Registration Questions

How do I register?

You can register for the Playoffs through Tournament Game Cards on our website starting from March 3rd, after qualifying through the PlayStation Tournaments on the PlayStation Competition Center.

Where do I find the schedule for the tournament?

The schedule will be announced a day before the tournament starts.

General Questions

What time is my match?

The time will be announced on the schedule and/or via Discord.

How can I find my opponent?

You will find the PSN ID of your opponent on the bracket and/or schedule.

What happens if my opponent or I have connectivity issues?

Each round within the tournament has an allotted time in which both players must ensure that their match is to be played, if connectivity issues occured with either player, they must fix it before the allotted time expires to avoid being disqualified.

What should I do if my opponent forfeits?

Submit your recording/screenshot and last score (if exists)

What platform will the console/HD tournament be held on?

Console qualifiers will be held on the Sony tournament platform. Console playoffs will be held on the Zawaya Gaming tournament platform.

Where will the tournament take place?

It is an online event. You can find more details under the "Terms & Conditions".

Validation Questions

What to do if my opponent does not show up?

If your opponent does not show up within 15 minutes of the game start, you can report a "no-show" on the tournament page.

What do I do after winning my match?

Only submit your Playoffs score through the website and make sure you have a record in case of any disputes.

How do I submit a post-match result?

After the match has been played, the winner must submit a post-match result by clicking on "Report Score" in the platform and providing a clear screenshot proof showcasing the match result for validation. This must be done within 10 minutes of winning.

Prizes Questions

When do I receive the assigned prize of the tournament after winning?

You will be contacted within 30 days after the tournament is complete to arrange the delivery of the prizes.

Can I give prizes to my friends or my family members?

The prize listed cannot be transferred, modified or redeemed in cash.

How do I compete on the EA Sports FC 25 on the PS5?

You can compete directly through the PlayStation Tournaments taking place on the PlayStation Competition Center. Check "How to Register" for more details.

When will console tournaments start and end?

Console tournaments will begin on February 20th, with qualifiers running until March 3rd, followed by playoffs from March 9th to March 15th. The finals will take place on March 21st.
