Registration Questions

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the Tournament Gamecard, once opened all you have to do is fill in the information required and you should be registered.

Where do I find the schedule for the tournament?

The schedule will be announced a day before the tournament starts for EA Sports FC Mobile

General Questions

What time is my match?

The time will be announced on the schedule and/or via email.

How can I find my opponent?

You will find the PSN ID of your opponent on the bracket and/or schedule.

What happens if my opponent or I have connectivity issues?

Each round within the tournament has an alotted time in which both players must ensure that their match is to be played, if connectivity issues are encountered with either player, they must fix it before the alotted time expires to avoid being disqualified.

What should I do if my opponent forfeits?

Submit your recording/screenshot and last score (if exists)

What platform will the console/HD tournament be held on?

Console qualifiers will be held on the Sony tournament platform. Console playoffs will be held on the Zawaya Gaming tournament platform.

Where will the tournament take place?

It is an online qualifier with a live final event which will take place in Riyadh, KSA. You can find more details in the Terms & Conditions.

Validation Questions

What to do if my opponent does not show up?

If your opponent does not show up within 20 minutes of the game start, you can report a "no-show" on the tournament page.

What do I do after winning my match?

Submit your score and make sure you have a recording in case needed for a dispute

How do I submit a post-match result?

After the match has been played the winner must submit a post-match result by clicking on "Report Score" in the platform and providing a clear screenshot proof which showcases the match result for validation. This must be done within 10 minutes of winning.

Prizes Questions

When do I receive the assigned prize of the tournament after winning?

You will be contacted within 30 days after the tournament is complete to arrange the delivery of the prizes.

Will someone help me with visa procedures?

The winner will be solely responsible for securing their own visa to the UEFA Champions League live final in the UK.

Can I give prizes to my friends or my family members?

The prize listed cannot be transferred, modified or redeemed in cash.

EA Sports FC 24

How do I compete on on the EA Sports FC 24 on the PS5?

You can compete directly on the PS5 by finding the tournaments in the Tournament section on your PS5 menu or from Ultimate Team Tournaments section

When will console tournaments start and end?

Console tournaments will take place starting from the 27th of February, with qualifiers taking place until the 10th of March and playoffs held from 14th of March until the 18th.
