The event organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or change any of the rules mentioned here at any time in order to ensure fair play, safety, and a smooth event experience for all participants. Participants are encouraged to review the rules and guidelines available on the individual game or activity cards before participating.
 

ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

• Some games and activities may have specific age restrictions depending on the type of game or attraction. Participants must check the age requirement listed on the individual game card before participating.
   
• Participants under the age of 18 may be required to provide parental or guardian consent if requested by the event organizers.
   
• Participants may be required to register and check in with event staff before participating in competitions or activities.
   
• The organizers reserve the right to verify participant eligibility or identification if necessary.
   
• All eligibility requirements may be updated or modified before or during the event, and participants should always refer to the latest rules available on the website or provided by event staff.

 

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times during competitions and activities.
   
• Any form of racism, harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior towards other participants, visitors, or event staff will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or removal from the event area.
   
• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove any participant who violates the rules, disrupts the event, or behaves inappropriately.
   
• Any form of cheating, exploiting glitches, manipulating equipment, or unfair gameplay may result in penalties including match forfeits, disqualification, or bans from current or future competitions.
   
• Participants must follow the instructions of event staff and administrators at all times.
   
• In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.
   
• The competitions rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.

 

Safety and Equipment Responsibility

• Participants must use all gaming equipment, machines, and attractions responsibly and follow any safety instructions provided by event staff.
   
• Any participant who misuses equipment or causes damage intentionally or through negligence may be removed from the activity or required to cover the cost of damages.
   
• For safety reasons, participants must follow all guidelines for attractions such as bouncy castles or physical activity games.
   
• The organizers reserve the right to stop participation in any activity if a safety concern arises.
   

Prize Collection

• Winners must present themselves to the ticketing after winning their competition or activity.
   
• Participants may be asked to verify their identity before receiving prizes.
   
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise by the organizers.
   
• Failure to collect prizes during the designated prize distribution time may result in the prize being forfeited.

 

Organizer's Authority

• The event organizers have the final authority on all matters related to the event, competitions, and activities.
   
• Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizers, and their decisions will be considered final.
   
• By attending the event, participants and visitors grant permission to the organizers to capture photographs and video recordings during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional consent or compensation.
